3. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is correct.
Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase.

4. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout.
Customers should check their country's import requirements before ordering.
5. Perfume Shipping Restrictions
Perfume may be classified as a flammable or dangerous good for transportation purposes.
Consequently, shipping options may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Certain destinations may not permit the importation of perfume.

6. Customs Delays
International shipments may be delayed while being processed by customs authorities.
Jimmy T has no control over customs processing times.
7. Refused or Abandoned Shipments
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned or returned because applicable customs charges have not been paid, the customer may be responsible for return freight, handling and other associated costs.
