Welcome to Jimmy T Perfumes. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Jimmy T

Jimmy T is a fragrance brand offering high-quality original perfumes created by James Gell, together with the EVOQUE collection of high-quality "Inspired By" fragrances.

Jimmy T operates as an Australian business.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images and fragrance information are accurate.

Fragrance is highly subjective, and individual experiences may vary depending on skin chemistry, body temperature, environment and application.

Fragrance descriptions are intended as a guide and are not a guarantee of how a fragrance will smell or perform on an individual.

Product colours may also vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

3. Original Jimmy T Fragrances

Jimmy T fragrances are original creations developed for the Jimmy T brand.

They are not intended to represent, reproduce or be affiliated with fragrances produced by other fragrance houses.

4. EVOQUE Inspired By Fragrances

EVOQUE is our independent collection of "Inspired By" fragrances.

EVOQUE fragrances are created to capture the general character, style or fragrance profile associated with particular fragrance styles.

EVOQUE is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or manufactured by the brands whose fragrances may be referenced for comparison.

Any comparison or reference to another fragrance is provided solely to help customers understand the general fragrance style.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

An order confirmation will normally be sent after your order has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where:

A product is unavailable.
There is an obvious pricing or product description error.
Payment cannot be successfully processed.
We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
We are unable to fulfil the order for legal, safety or shipping reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Where applicable, GST and other taxes will be applied in accordance with Australian law.

7. Payment

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Jimmy T does not ordinarily have access to your complete payment card details.

8. Intellectual Property

All Jimmy T and EVOQUE logos, names, product names, photographs, graphics, written content, designs and other original material are owned by or licensed to Jimmy T and/or the applicable rights holder.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website information accurate and current.

Occasionally, errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, images or availability.

We reserve the right to correct such errors.

10. Promotions

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional offers are subject to availability.
Promotional codes may have expiry dates.
Only one discount code may be used per order.
Jimmy T reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary.
